Additionally, your Treadmill Wizard Motor Controller is protected by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers repairs or replacement for issues related to material or workmanship defects under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, accidents, modifications, or attempted repairs by unauthorized personnel.

To initiate a warranty claim or return under our 30-day guarantee, please contact our customer service department with your order information and description of the issue. Shipping costs for warranty repairs are covered by our company; however, return shipping for refunds under the 30-day guarantee is the responsibility of the customer.
