The Treadmill Wizard Motor Controller comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, no questions asked.

Product: Treadmill Wizard Upgraded Motor Controller
Effective Date: From the original date of purchase

Treadmill Wizard (“we,” “our,” or “us”) warrants to the original purchaser (“you” or “customer”) that your Treadmill Wizard Upgraded Motor Controller will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered:

  • This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use of the product.

What Is Not Covered:

This limited warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

  • Improper installation or misuse of the product

  • Electrical shorts, power surges, or issues originating from other components or your home wiring

  • Excessive wear or failure of the treadmill belt and/or deck

  • Accidents, abuse, negligence, modification, or unauthorized repairs

  • Environmental factors, including but not limited to water damage, fire, or extreme heat

  • Acts of God, including but not limited to lightning, floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters

  • Normal wear and tear

Remedies:

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the defective product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts; or

  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater functionality; or

  • Refund the original purchase price (excluding shipping/handling fees), if a repair or replacement is not feasible.

Warranty Claim Process:

To make a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and a description of the issue. You may be required to return the defective unit for inspection. Shipping costs for returned units are the responsibility of the customer; however, repaired or replacement units will be shipped back to you at no additional cost.

Limitations:

  • This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for product defects and in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, oral, express, or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • In no event shall Treadmill Wizard be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or personal injury, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law:

This limited warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the product was purchased.

Shipping costs for warranty repairs are covered by our company; however, return shipping for refunds under the 30-day guarantee is the responsibility of the customer.
